How do I book Allen House Studios?
Once we’ve discussed your needs, a proposal and service agreement will be sent via email. A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve your date.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies by season and project type. We recommend reaching out as soon as your date or timeline is confirmed, as dates can book several months in advance.
Is a retainer required?
Yes. A retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the session or event date and will be outlined in your agreement.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
All inquiries are reviewed personally. You can expect a response within 24–48 hours with next steps or additional questions if needed.

What types of photography and video do you offer?
We provide corporate and nonprofit photography, event coverage, branding and portrait sessions, weddings, and select video services.
How would you describe your style?
Our work is rooted in visual storytelling. We focus on capturing authentic moments with clarity and intention, while offering direction when needed to ensure polished, timeless results.
Do you offer both photography and video?
Yes. Photography and video services can be booked individually or together, depending on availability and project scope.
Deliverables & Usage
When will we receive our images or video?
Delivery timelines vary by project. Portrait and branding sessions are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, while events and weddings are delivered within 4–6 weeks.
How will files be delivered?
Final images and videos are delivered through a private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing.
Do you provide usage rights?
Yes. Usage rights are included and outlined in your agreement. Licensing varies depending on whether the work is personal, editorial, or commercial in nature.
Travel & Logistics
Do you travel for sessions or events?
Yes. We are available for travel and destination projects. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope.

Allen House Studios is based in Delaware and regularly serves the surrounding region.
Weddings
Do you photograph weddings?
Yes. We accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure a high level of attention and service for every couple.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Engagement sessions can be booked on their own or added to wedding coverage.
